For years I have been intrigued by the motion of water and I have struggled with how to convey it’s vitality onto canvas with paint.  I  walk along a river almost
daily taking in it’s various levels of energy.  It is raucous during the spring melt and torrential rainstorms becoming a whisper when it is reduced to a trickle
during the summer’s drought, then a hollow echo as it looks for places to flow during the winter’s freeze.
